As part of our Live Life Well® Signature Care program, The Village of River Oaks Assisted Living now offers a higher level of capability with our “Optimized Care” service, advanced care solutions to support residents with significant mobility needs. These services will provide a variety of additional care options that are tailored to each residents’s needs in a setting located on the 7th floor of our Assisted Living community (The Parc).

Residents will benefit by recovering in private or semi-private units and have access to outpatient therapy, private dining service and other programs designed specifically for them Remodeled interiors and shared spaces elevate the everyday, supporting independence, connection and peace of mind for residents and their families..

Our person-centered approach includes the following:

  • 24-hour certified or trained care staff
  • Two-person transfer assist
  • Mechanical lift
  • Medication management
  • On-site outpatient therapy (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy)
